Hades and ErisHades met Eris when they met as being beaten by Hercules and Sinbad. They fell in love and their dates followed by destruction of Atlantis.  Drizzle. Thudding against grass. You were sprinting across ground. All around you there was a deep, resounding hum. Beside your own pounding feet and the constant voice of the rain silencing you, ‘sshhh’, there was nothing else to hear. The landscape was bleak and murky. Everything around you was a wasteland of black cut out silhouettes. Blurred skeletons of dead trees, broken barrels, debris and the outlines of dilapidated houses outlined as you ran past. Colossal ebony spiders seemed to tail you as you hurried aimlessly away from them. Even your own hands and body were completely black, as if you were smothered in soot.
